Account & Data Managament
You have complete control over your data and privacy settings.
All data management options including location permissions, notification preferences, data sharing controls, and privacy settings can be accessed through the "More" tab within the app.
How to Delete Your Account
Open the App
Please ensure that your app has the latest version installed and log in successfully with the account you want to delete. You should be able to find your picture on the top right. Press the "More" tab.
Navigate to Settings
Tap the "More" tab at the bottom of the screen.
Select "Account/Profiles" from the menu
Account Management
Everything related to the account can be managed here. You will always be in control of your profile and data.
Account Deletion Notice:
All personal data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.
If you delete your account accidentally, the action can be undone within 8 hours; just follow the account registration procedure, and your data will be back.
Your saved locations and preferences will remain as they are stored in the device.
The premium subscription will be cancelled in the account, and only the device that made the purchases will remain premium.
How to Delete Your Data

Select the survey you want to manage from the menu.
